Wikileaks released a CIA report today discussing whether foreign nations will view the U.S. as an "exporter of terrorism".
What does it mean?
Not much.
As the former director of the National Security Agency said:
By any measure the US has long used terrorism. In ‘78-79 the Senate was trying to pass a law against international terrorism - in every version they produced, the lawyers said the US would be in violation.(audio here).

The USA, admittedly a terrorist country, uses the accusation of terrorist to control and attack other countries with whose policies it disagrees.

What an idiot; American Representative Democratic Republic is our “form” of government and “no” it’s not mentioned in the American Constitution because Democracy describes our “form” of government-- Government for and by the people; one citizen one vote.
Rove/Bush/Obama and the World Banksters and Big Oil criminals behind them have a “War of Terror” and have rebranded it as a “War on Terror.”
What the World Banksters and Big Oil want to do in the United States of America is to destroy our Democracy and Independence which they have done.
